In 2018, Kerry Remple - Professor at Okanagan College - was hired by Kelowna Pride to begin the strategic planning process and facilitate discussions from Kelowna's LGBT2Q+ community for the organizations. The report has been submitted to the Board and planning for Phase 2 has begun.
